Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum age for the climbing walls at Climb N’ Play?

The climbing walls at Nutty Heights are open to children aged 5 years and over. Younger children can enjoy Acorn Adventure (24 months and up) or Tiny Tails (under 15 years).

Do kids need a harness to climb?

Yes. All climbers at Nutty Heights are fitted with a safety-certified harness before climbing. Our trained staff check every harness and run a mandatory 15-minute safety briefing as part of every session.

Can parents climb with their kids?

Absolutely. Nutty Heights is open to all ages. Parents who want to climb alongside their children need to purchase a separate Nutty Heights pass ($21). Supervising parents and guardians always enter free.

Is indoor climbing safe for children?

Yes, with the right precautions in place. Our venue uses certified equipment, follows strict safety protocols, and has trained staff supervising every session. Climbing does carry some inherent risk (minor bruising, fatigue are common), which is why our briefings and harness checks are mandatory. Children with injuries or health conditions should consult their doctor first.

Do I need to book in advance?

We strongly recommend booking online in advance, especially for weekends, school holidays, and public holidays. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but sessions do fill up.

Are grip socks compulsory?

Yes grip socks are required in all play zones. You can buy a pair at the venue for $3 and reuse them on future visits.
