"Excellent day out. Our first time visiting this venue and it was very positive. Tidy facilities. The food at these types of places is usually sub par, but this place is an exception. The Cafe was really well run. Amazing burger and mac and cheese. The owner was super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience which really added to the value of our visit and made us feel like we got our moneys worth. Staff were also friendly and attentive. Eldest daughter loved the climbing session and the younger two loved the playground area. Would definitely recommend this place."

"We recently celebrated my son’s 5th birthday at Climb N Play, and honestly, it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The party went amazingly well, guests were happy and full of praise, especially for the food, the play centre activities and the spacious party-rooms. The climbing activities were a huge hit with the kids and kept them engaged and excited for an hour.

What really stood out to me was the staff. The managers were fantastic (one of them was Joe, and the other gentleman who wears glasses, both were incredibly supportive and approachable). A very special thank you to our party host Lily - she was an absolute superstar. She kept smiling the entire time, no matter how many questions or last-minute requests came her way. She was so helpful, calm, and genuinely tried her best to make sure everything ran smoothly."

"We celebrated our little one’s birthday at Climb N` Play Maidstone, and honestly, it was the best birthday celebration! 🎉

We have been to many play centres that hosted Bday parties and decided to give Climb N Play a go, though it was little far for us and the guests, but trust me - we made the best decision ever. 😊🥰

From start to finish (food ordering, room preparations, managing guests), the team made everything so easy and fun. A big shoutout to Hemal and Joe for being so flexible, friendly, and super organised — they really went the extra mile to make the day special. Special thanks to Isabella and Lily for being so friendly, helping us with the cake and service and for entertaining the kids and families."

"We attended a birthday party here and had a great time. There are heaps of playing options for kids, and the rock climbing section was especially appealing. Kids as young as five and even grownups can enjoy it. The food was alright, with standard options like chips, pizza, and drinks.

Parking can be tricky on a busy day, but we found a spot within about five minutes. Inside, there are clean toilets, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic.

Thomas, the instructor, and his team ensured everyone climbing was safe and kept smiles on their faces.

Overall, I recommend this place for birthdays or even a casual visit."

"Wow, what a day. We went as a family to Climb N Play Maidstone for a treat for the kids. The kids range from 2-9 and let me tell you, there was something for everyone here! There is an incredible climbing section you can book into which if you are brave enough you can climb as many walls as you dare for a full hour. It's a work out but SO much fun. Mr 9, Miss 7 and Miss 5 had an absolute ball. I even hauled my less than fit frame up a couple of structures. If I can do it anyone can!!

I was very impressed not only with the safety briefing and the gentle skill and encouragement of staff member Thomas but also the safety features and the equipment itself. To me it seems that they use the best and ensure everything is in working order and safety is paramount.

After an hour's climbing we paused for some refreshments, a huge pizza board which fed everyone was fresh and delicious! And the coffee - AMAZING."
