🧾 Refund Policy

No cash refunds are issued for bookings that are finalized. Your order must include your full name, contact details like a phone number and email address, credit card details, and any other requested information. An email is sent to your inbox immediately after purchase regarding confirmation.

Bookings are transferable but not refundable. To transfer your session to another date, please contact our team in writing or via phone at least 24 hours prior to the original booking time.

🎉 Birthday Party T & C’s

• Party bookings can be made in person, online, or over the phone.
• A $150 deposit is required to secure any party booking slot.
• A minimum of 8 children is required per party booking.
• Expect a call from us on the Monday or Tuesday before your event to finalize party extras like adult food platters, ice cream cake, or lolly bags.
• Headcounts can be updated until 4:00 PM on the Wednesday preceding the bash. This final number determines your minimum bill on the day of the event.
• Cancel more than 7 days ahead to pick a new date within 6 months or convert the funds into store credit. Cancellations made inside that 7-day window mean your $150 deposit is completely non-refundable.
• All party guests must follow the standard kids play centre terms maidstone rules posted clearly throughout our building to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Buying a ticket or using our slides, swings, and climbing frames means you accept these comprehensive indoor playground terms and conditions. Even our high-energy squirrel mascot paused to read through this agreement!

🔧 General Conditions

• Grip Socks Are Mandatory: To keep things safe (and stylish), grip socks are required on our climbing walls and play areas. Don’t have a pair? No worries! Our nutty squirrel has them stocked in the store.

• We’re Fun, But Not Liable: Climb N’ Play and our staff are not legally responsible for injuries or accidents tied to recreational play unless gross negligence is involved. Active play naturally carries a bit of risk! Signing our standard adventure playground liability waiver is a condition of entry for all participants.

• You are the Risk Bearer: Climbing and jumping have potential risks and hazards. By entering the play zones, you accept these risks and agree not to pursue legal action against Climb N’ Play for any injuries sustained during play.

• Risk Warning (Victoria Law Stuff): Local Victorian consumer laws restrict your right to sue unless gross negligence can be proven. If an accident happens despite our standard care, it is covered by this waiver.

• Emergency Care Agreement: If someone gets injured (we hope not!), you agree to us arranging emergency treatment and transport, and you will cover the associated costs.

👨‍👩‍👦 Participant Rules

Age and Supervision Requirements:

• Children must be 1 year or older to participate on the floor.
• Those under 12 years of age must have a responsible adult actively supervising them at all times.
• If you are the adult in charge, you accept these safety and playground rules on behalf of the children under your care.

Health Advisory: If you’re an expecting mother, wearing a cast, or dealing with any underlying medical conditions, we highly recommend skipping climbing or high-impact activities. Better safe than squirrelly! This applies to our main frames as well as our dedicated kids indoor climbing zones.

Photography and Security Monitoring: We use CCTV monitoring and occasionally take photos for security and promotion. Hanging out here means you and your sidekicks are comfortable with that.

Ticket Policy: Passes work for your specific date and time slot only. They cannot be resold, swapped after entry, or tampered with without becoming instantly void. Our squirrel cannot bypass this rule.

Follow Signs and Staff Instructions: Our team works hard to keep this space safe. Please listen to floor staff and respect the posted signs. Rough or unsafe behavior will get your access cancelled immediately.

Group or Gifting Booking Responsibility: Purchasing tickets for a larger group means you have the authority to accept these conditions for everyone in your party. Buying for someone else? You are acting as their representative, and they are bound by the exact same rules. Make sure they read this text before you hand over the gift pass!

⚖️ Legal Framework

Jurisdiction and Validity: These rules fall strictly under the legal jurisdiction of Victoria, Australia. Local courts handle all potential disputes. If a judge finds one clause invalid, the rest of the terms still stay rock solid.
