You can easily buy Climb N’ Play eGift Cards online! Choose to have it sent directly to the recipient or to your own email for printing at home.
Do Climb N' Play Gift Cards have an expiry date?
Yes, our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can use them online or in-store.
Do I need to spend the entire gift card amount in one visit?
No, you don’t have to use the full balance in one go. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future visits.
Can I check the balance on my Climb N' Play Gift Card?
Yes! You can easily check your remaining balance by visiting our website or asking one of our friendly team members at the front desk.

Yes, we ensure a comfortable experience with air conditioning during the summer and heating during the winter.
How can i book a party?

Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Is parking available?
Yes! As part of our Climb N’ Play family, you’re exempt from the 3-hour parking restrictions!.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, we will be able to search your name on our system upon arrival.
Are there baby facilities and high chairs?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated baby changing room, plenty of high chairs, and a tiny toddler play area to keep your little ones happy.
Do I need to book in advance?
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your session online, especially on weekends, public holidays, and during school breaks.
Are there age restrictions for certain activities?
Our facilities cater to children of all ages. However, some attractions may have height or age recommendations for safety reasons.
Can I host a private event or group booking?
Yes, we offer packages for group bookings and private events. Please contact us for more details.

Is there an age limit for climbing?
Yes! Our climbing adventures are perfect for kids aged 5 years and up.
Are there any weight restrictions?
For safety, climbers must weigh 120 kg or less to participate.
How long is a climbing session?
Each session includes a 15-minute safety briefing followed by 1 hour of climbing fun.
Is it safe to climb?
Absolutely! At Climb N Play, we provide safe environment and systems for climbing. Our trained staff run fully guided session for kids and adults. Generally, all climbing activities comes with natural risk, it’s common for climbers to get minor bruising, cuts and fatigue. Please do not climb if you are pregnant or have underlying medical conditions.
What should I wear for climbing?
Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable pants or shorts. Avoid loose clothing or jewelry.

How long can we enjoy Acorn Adventure?
Weekdays (During School Term): Enjoy a full day of fun with unlimited access.
Weekends, School Holidays & Public Holidays: Play sessions are limited to 3 hours.
Who can play at Acorn Adventure?
Are special socks required?
Yes, all adventurers need to wear Climb N’ Play grip socks for safety and hygiene. You can buy them online or at the center. Have your own? Bring them along!
Do parents and guardians need to pay?
However, if parents wish to join the climbing fun at Nutty Heights, they must purchase a separate climbing pass.
Birthday Parties
What is the minimum number of guests required for a party?
You’ll need a minimum of 8 guests to book a birthday party at Climb N’ Play.
Is a deposit needed to book a party?
Yes, we request a $150 deposit to confirm your preferred party date and time.
How can I book a party?
Booking is easy! Reach out to us via email/phone or book online. Our party experts are here to help you plan an unforgettable celebration. Any more than 18 kids attending the party- Please make sure to email or call us.
How long do the parties last?
Party durations vary depending on the package you choose. Feel free to ask our team for all the details.
What’s included in my party package? Can I add extra options?
Our party packages come packed with fun, but we also have add-ons to customize your experience. Connect with us to explore all the options!
What should guests wear?
For climbing adventures, all participants must wear closed-toe shoes like sneakers. Shorts or pants are recommended for comfort with harnesses.
If your party includes access to Acorn Adventure, both adults and children will need to wear grip socks, available for purchase at our center.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
We typically don’t permit outside food. Please contact our event staff if you have any questions.
What age is ideal for a birthday party at Climb N' Play?
We host parties for kids aged 1 and above. Different areas of our center are designed to suit a variety of ages.
Can we bring decorations for our party room?
Absolutely! You can decorate your party space with balloons and banners. We only ask that you use Blu Tac and strictly NO glitter, confetti, or silly string.
Do you provide party favors or goodie bags?
We don’t include party favors in our standard packages, but you’re welcome to bring your own or ask us about adding them to your celebration at an additional cost.
Can I bring my own cake and candles?
Of course! You’re welcome to bring your own cake and candles. We have delicious ice cream cakes available for purchase that serves up to 10 guests for $25.
Please note we don’t allow any sparklers, confetti, party pops or glitters in our venue for safety and hygiene reason.
Can we order additional food for adults?
Yes! We have a fantastic selection of platters available for adult guests. From savory bites to sweet treats, there’s something for everyone. Contact us for the menu!
Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Certainly! Our commercial kitchen can accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice. Let us know your requirements during the booking process.
Do you offer party invitations?
Yes! We provide fun party invitations to get your guests excited. You’ll receive them upon confirming your booking.
Private Events and Functions
Can I book Climb N' Play for a private event, celebration, or corporate function? How much does it cost?
Absolutely! Our venue is available for exclusive hire for work parties, fundraisers, celebrations, or special events. Get in touch with our team to learn about pricing and availability.
How long can my event last?
Private bookings offer 3 hours of exclusive access to our venue. Need more time? Let us know, and we’ll be happy to discuss extended booking options.
Will your team handle the cleaning?
Yes! We want you to relax and enjoy the day. Our team will manage all the cleaning and setup before, during, and after your event.
How can I make a booking?
Booking is simple! Visit our Contact Us page and submit an inquiry. Our team will be happy to assist with all the details.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. To secure your preferred date and time, we ask for a $300 deposit.
Is alcohol available?
What if I need to cancel my booking?
More than 2 weeks’ notice: You can choose to reschedule your event within 6 months or use your deposit as store credit.
Less than 2 weeks’ notice: Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is payable upon your arrival at Climb N’ Play.
Do you provide invitations?
Yes! We offer complimentary invitations. You can either pick up printed copies from our front desk or download digital invites from your booking confirmation email.
