Yes, our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can use them online or in-store.

No, you don’t have to use the full balance in one go. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future visits.

Yes! You can easily check your remaining balance by visiting our website or asking one of our friendly team members at the front desk.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your session online, especially on weekends, public holidays, and during school breaks.

Our facilities cater to children of all ages. However, some attractions may have height or age recommendations for safety reasons.

Nutty Heights

Yes! Our climbing adventures are perfect for kids aged 5 years and up.

For safety, climbers must weigh 120 kg or less to participate.

Each session includes a 15-minute safety briefing followed by 1 hour of climbing fun.

Absolutely! At Climb N Play, we provide safe environment and systems for climbing. Our trained staff run fully guided session for kids and adults. Generally, all climbing activities comes with natural risk, it’s common for climbers to get minor bruising, cuts and fatigue. Please do not climb if you are pregnant or have underlying medical conditions.

Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable pants or shorts. Avoid loose clothing or jewelry.

Acorn Adventure

Weekdays (During School Term): Enjoy a full day of fun with unlimited access.

Weekends, School Holidays & Public Holidays: Play sessions are limited to 3 hours.

Acorn Adventure is for children aged 24 months and under.
The Tiny Tails Zone is specially designed for little ones aged 3 years and under.

Yes, all adventurers need to wear Climb N’ Play grip socks for safety and hygiene. You can buy them online or at the center. Have your own? Bring them along!

Not at all! Parents, guardians, and spectators are welcome to supervise for free.
However, if parents wish to join the climbing fun at Nutty Heights, they must purchase a separate climbing pass.
Birthday Parties

You’ll need a minimum of 8 guests to book a birthday party at Climb N’ Play.

Yes, we request a $150 deposit to confirm your preferred party date and time.

Booking is easy! Reach out to us via email/phone or book online. Our party experts are here to help you plan an unforgettable celebration. Any more than 18 kids attending the party- Please make sure to email or call us.

Party durations vary depending on the package you choose. Feel free to ask our team for all the details.

For climbing adventures, all participants must wear closed-toe shoes like sneakers. Shorts or pants are recommended for comfort with harnesses.

If your party includes access to Acorn Adventure, both adults and children will need to wear grip socks, available for purchase at our center.

We typically don’t permit outside food. Please contact our event staff if you have any questions.

We host parties for kids aged 1 and above. Different areas of our center are designed to suit a variety of ages.

Absolutely! You can decorate your party space with balloons and banners. We only ask that you use Blu Tac and strictly NO glitter, confetti, or silly string.

We don’t include party favors in our standard packages, but you’re welcome to bring your own or ask us about adding them to your celebration at an additional cost.

Of course! You’re welcome to bring your own cake and candles. We have delicious ice cream cakes available for purchase that serves up to 10 guests for $25.

Please note we don’t allow any sparklers, confetti, party pops or glitters in our venue for safety and hygiene reason.

Private Events and Functions

Absolutely! Our venue is available for exclusive hire for work parties, fundraisers, celebrations, or special events. Get in touch with our team to learn about pricing and availability.

Private bookings offer 3 hours of exclusive access to our venue. Need more time? Let us know, and we’ll be happy to discuss extended booking options.

Yes! We want you to relax and enjoy the day. Our team will manage all the cleaning and setup before, during, and after your event.

Yes. To secure your preferred date and time, we ask for a $300 deposit.

More than 2 weeks’ notice: You can choose to reschedule your event within 6 months or use your deposit as store credit.

Less than 2 weeks’ notice: Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance is payable upon your arrival at Climb N’ Play.

Yes! We offer complimentary invitations. You can either pick up printed copies from our front desk or download digital invites from your booking confirmation email.
