🧾 Refund Policy

We do not provide cash refunds for any booking made.

1. Your order must include your full name, contact number, email address, credit card details, and any other required information. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

2. Bookings are transferable but not refundable. To transfer your booking, please contact our team in writing or via phone at least 24 hours prior to the booking time

🎉 Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

1. Party bookings can be made in person, online, or by phone.

2. A $150 deposit is required to secure any party booking.

3. A minimum of 8 children is required per party booking.

4. We will contact you on Monday or Tuesday prior to your party to confirm extras such as:

Adult food platters
Ice cream cake
Lolly bags

5. You may adjust your guest numbers until 4:00 PM on the Wednesday before the party. This will be the number of guests you are billed for on the day.

6. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the party, you can:

Re-book another date within 6 months, or
Use your deposit as in-store credit.

7. If you cancel within 7 days of the party, your $150 deposit will not be refunded.

8. Party members must adhere to Climb N’ Play’s general Terms and Conditions (outlined below and in-store), including all safety and conduct rules

🚨 Exclusion of Liability – Waiver of Right to Sue – Assumption of Risk

Yep, it’s serious stuff. By purchasing a ticket or swinging, sliding, or climbing at Climb N’ Play, you’re agreeing to these terms—and trust us, even our nutty squirrel paused to read them.

🔧 General Conditions

1. Grip Socks Are Required:

To keep things safe (and stylish), grip socks are required on our climbing walls and play areas. Don’t have a pair? No worries! Our nutty squirrel has them stocked in the store.

2. We’re Fun, But Not Liable:

Climb N’ Play, along with its team, is not liable for personal injury or death related to recreational activities—unless something extreme like gross negligence happens. We keep it safe, but adventure always comes with a little thrill!

3. You Assume the Risk:

Let’s be real: climbing and bouncing aren’t risk-free. By joining in, you accept all inherent risks and agree not to sue Climb N’ Play for any injuries that may occur. Even our squirrel knows to play wisely.

4. Risk Warning (Victoria Law Stuff):

Under Victorian consumer laws, your right to sue may be limited unless gross negligence is involved. Translation: if something goes wrong despite all reasonable care, it’s covered here.

5. Emergency Care Agreement:

If someone gets injured (we hope not!), you’re okay with us arranging emergency treatment and transport—and you’ll cover the cost.

Participant Rules

6. Age and Supervision Requirements:

Children must be 1 year or older to participate.
Those under 12 years of age must have a responsible adult actively supervising them.
If you’re the grown-up squirrel in charge, you’re agreeing to these terms on the kiddo’s behalf.

7. Health Advisory:

If you’re pregnant, wearing a cast, or dealing with medical conditions, we recommend skipping climbing or high impact activities. Better safe than squirrelly! 🐿

8. Photography and Security Monitoring:

Photos and videos may be taken for security and wellbeing of all guests. By being here, you’re cool with that—and so is your squirrel sidekick.

9. Ticket Policy:

Tickets are valid for one date and time only.
They can’t be transferred, resold, or tampered with—or they’ll be void.
That’s one thing our squirrel can’t wiggle around.

10. Follow Signs and Staff Instructions:

Our team works hard to keep everyone safe and happy. Please follow posted signs and staff instructions—reckless or unsafe behavior may result in cancelled access. Even the squirrel knows when it’s time to chill.

11. Group or Gifting Booking Responsibility:

When purchasing for others, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

12. Buying for Someone Else?

You’re acting as thei authorized agent, and they’re bound by these same conditions. Nutty squirrel says: read before you gift!

● Any disputes must be resolved through its courts.
● If any part is found invalid by a court, the rest still stands strong—like our climbing walls.
